Returns Policy:
 
* Faulty goods must be returned in original packaging and original condition.
* Replacement (if available) will be given on our receipt within 30 days of sale.
* Credit or refund will be given if goods not available.
* It is customer's responsibility (after informing us by email and our subsequent agreement to return postage cost and method) to pay for and send the item back to us.
* If item is found to be faulty within 30 days of sale we will refund the return postage costs.

    Great Kettle & Toaster combo..

    We needed a new kettle & toaster to replace old worn out stainless pair.. My wife needed colour coordinated items to match kitchen tiles - these are a perfect match & we are both delighted..     Easy to use and looks good.

    Toaster good and easy to use. The kettle is very noisy and makes popping noise when switched on which is irritating. I do like the style and colour.

    Kettle

    Dreadful product chipped paint coming off by lid also white bubbles in the paint that when cleaned just peels off , you descale doesn’t remove it. Expensive not to last a year 17/11/21 brought Matching sugar , Tea and Coffee lids so tight you can’t pull them off even now year later Replacing both sets very disappointed brought to match new kitchen extension.
