Listed new but the plastic covering seal was gone and the bottle was open. 1 tiny scrap for bubble wrap on 1 side, sent in an envelope, not a box. With no protection nor seal, it was impossible to get here safe. The bag was soaked in gel + the bottle was sticky covered in gel. Lost a chunk of product and sketchy the seal was gone; I question if it’s new. I wouldn’t buy this if the ad mentioned the seal was gone, there is no way to assure it’s new/untampered with. I feel uncomfortable using it.
