Wrong item sent intentionally as I had confirmed with seller before purchasing if the item is same as shown in picture and they told yes its same . No response to email , very very slow delivery . Have reported it to eBay and now awaiting refund .

The buyer never emailed us for any issue, the delivery got affected due to X'ams and New Year. The buyer already got full refund.

Seller lied that i never contacted them, i contacted them on 28th december and they replied on 5th january after i left negative feedback for them and where they claimed buyer have been refunded already in their feedback response which is untrue as well , till today 8th january 11;48 am i have not received any refund from them. EBay will step in to refund me if i do not receive it by next 2 days .Its all bunch of lies and nothing else !!

Exactly how it looks on the picture, very noisy and lots of lights, my son is delighted. I also appreciate the seller as the evri delivery driver who delivered my parcel entered my property and scared the life out of my daughter, evri have terrible customer service and still have not contacted me, I contacted the seller who has also contacted evri on my behalf to try and get somewhere. Seller sent wrong item. .... When contacted, he offered a 10% reduction on the purchase price if the item was accepted. .... This 10% reduction would have meant that I would have still been paying substantially OVER the advertised price of the sent item .... What a cheek! .... Seller is willing to provide a refund if the goods are returned, but is unwilling to commit to paying the return postage. .... Why should I be expected to be out of pocket because of the sellers mistake?
