Item arrived damaged (scratched and a thread hole was damaged) and I was offered a 70% refund if I would like to keep it. I managed to rethread the hole and make it work. The scratch doesn't show too badly. The communication was excellent and the items was well packaged - the item was obviously damaged prior to shipment, but the company was more than fair in compensating me. Highly recommended!
