Poor packaging used for product. Perfume arrived but the packaging had stuck to the plastic wrapping. Seller advised that it needed to be returned before they would replace. This may well be company policy, but it did not give me enough time to return and get back before I needed it. Not really much help. Would not buy again from here.

Despicable ‘company’ - if you can call it that.
Empty box arrived & they kept asking for my email for me to complete Royal Mail claim form, saying they needed my signature.
Ignored my messages & just kept asking for email, knowing full well they, as the seller, are responsible for that.
Look on trust pilot & other reviews here, all the same.
Generic reply ‘we can’t find your order no’ blah blah.
Absolutely vile to deal with.
EBay refunded me in the end.
