We are so sorry you're not satisfied with your experience with us. After you raised the issue we asked you to make a return request and you refused it. You wanted us to collect it personally. We explained that we are unable to do it and assured the return will be collected by a courier, but you still refused to do so. Unfortunately we can't collect items personally as it would cost us more than what we sell and also a waste of time, and against the ebay policy. We sell brand new ,not used items

I had already purchased a pair of these speakers. As described and dispatched quickly. Good value. I was very happy and ordered a 2nd identical pair. When 2nd set arrived they had a US 2 pin power supply unit rather than a 3 pin UK version as supplied with the first pair. I emailed the seller who responded to rectify the problem by immediately posting an additional (UK) power supply to me. I received it a couple of days later. A fine example of Excellent Customer Service.
