    I ordered an electronic chip, which were sold as a pair. Described as "new," both chips clearly have not been desoldered, and thus do appear new. They arrived well-packed, in a small antistatic bag, inside a small plastic box, inside a padded envelope. Shipping cost and 15-day arrival time were reasonable considering they were coming to U.S. from China. No surprise customs charges were added. Assuming the chip *works*, this purchase could not have been more positive.
