Arrived safely, and for the price its good.
Not the drives fault but if you want to use in on more modern windows to create retro disks you need to use "direct write" software to write disk images as old disks lacks the floppy sector ID's required by more modern windows.
I used Diskwrite" by Andrew Fawcett, which is free open source. Using it I was able to create 720k disks with the drive successfully.
