Delivery by Amazon was dreadful - two days later than original date, then time range was 8 hours, then it gradually narrowed and got later. Finally we had to go out and the item was delivered when we were out. It was just dumped on the ground in full view when it could easily have been hidden behind a pillar just three feet away - driver didn't bother. I suggest excellent supplier does not use Amazon delivery!

However, in the meantime ClickMagic had realised the parcel hadn't been delivered on said date and I received an email that they were going to chase it up with the courier. They then informed me that the parcel had been lost in transit with Yodel and immediately issued me a refund in full. This was fantastic 5 star service from ClickMagic on their instant action on behalf of the customer. Pity can't say the same for Yodel.
