Returning Goods

Goods Damaged On Arrival
If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged, or refuse to accept the delivery. Please contact us within 48 hours with details of the damage. This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our courier.
Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse, then we will then send a replace order.
It is your responsibility to return the goods to us in a safe and secure manner and at your cost.

    Good value.

    Good value for the very low price although the quality is not high as it could be. The main issue is that although it has a 'locking' ball bearing on the drive end, there is no locking groove in the socket end and so has a tenancy to slide off the ratchet spanner. Even with this in mind it is still good value and a useful addition to your tool set.

    Very good for the price and a great addition to any Tool box , no frills in appearance but perfectly well made and functional with adequate chrome plating, I also have the 1/2 drive version and am equally pleased with those
