WARRANTY and RETURNS
All Returns must be conducted via the Ebay process.
 
Each spare part is covered by a comprehensive 6 month warranty. Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you. All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition - complete with original untarnished packaging (boxes and packaging must also be returned in the same saleable unblemished condition). Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 60 calendar days of receipt. Returns postage and packaging costs should be met by the buyer unless the item is either damaged or faulty. If goods are damaged or faulty please notify us through eBay messaging to enable us to issue you with a pre-paid returns label. Once we have received your item using the pre-paid returns label a refund will then be given unless a replacement has been issued prior to return. All goods returned must be arranged prior to sending via the eBay messaging service. This will enable us to assist you more thoroughly with your request and to deal with any difficulties. Refunds will only be issued if the buyer encloses within the return a copy of the purchase invoice, a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned, and also their eBay user name, ID and home address. The refund will be by the same method used as the original payment.

    Reducing unecessary use of chemicals in the home

    Reducing the unecessary use of chemicals in the home environment is to be applauded, especially when the incidence of adverse reactions to chemicals that are distributed via finely aerosoled sprays - increasing the chance of being inhaled into the respiratory airways - is on the increase. There is a place for products that provide protection from unhealthy bacteria and viruses. That said, the overuse of aerosolised (and other delivery form) chemicals needs to be reduced. These e-cloths clean more effectively without having to use such chemicals, thereby helping to address the immediate problem of adverse reactions, while also reducing the burden of chemical overload in the environment. I recommend these e-cloths.

    Would not recommend

    I have to say I am not sure about the kitchen cloth. It is good quality but it is too thick and you still have to bleach it to get rid of stains and `gunk`. The `gunk` sticks to it moire with it being thick. The scrubber part didn`t work that well. No use for pans. I have gone back to my J-Cloths which i have used for 38 years. The bathroom one is OK but I still use Cif and detergents. You have too. I really do not know what the fuss is all about. The glass shining cloth is OK but need to use it more to really realise its full benefit. So all in all I wished i had not bought the full pack.

    Worth the money!!!

    Cleans my glass hob with minimal effort and leaves it streak free - love it! Both the bathroom and kitchen cleaning cloths wipe up spills and clean marks really easily. Wish I'd heard of these cloths ages ago.
