Not the fault of the seller in any way. ebay shipping firstly did not question the size of the parcel and it was returned. Parcel had to be split into two and dispatched. ebay then did not include correct documents and information for UK customs and caused a lot of problems in clearance. Not recommended to use ebay shipping method for high value international goods. Use only for small items.
