Didn’t receive 10 horseshoe D-rings, like the listing described, I got 7 of the half circle part and 6 screws. Messaged seller and they were quick to respond and offered a partial refund as they didn’t have any more. Refund processed quickly. Defo not 4/5 stars on this occasion but I’d like to think that their customer service reflects that actually this is a one off, and not how they normally operate.
