Item was described as "great working condition" - when received, moat of the apps wouldn't work as was outdated which the seller seemed to be aware of after I contacted him but failed to describe ( it took me over 2 hours with Apple to work this out) - Initial response was rude and condescending- eventually agreed a return, but seller has so far failed to reimburse by date set by Ebay. Absolutely awful experience with this seller.

Delay was in item actually being returned by buyer, once I returned from holiday on 22/02 to confirm delivery of return I sent a refund. Disappointing to get negative feedback after the refund has been sent.
