      Hello, your order indeed took 3 weeks, but it is coming from abroad and Bulgaria, you have choosen the economy shipping option and there are backlogs at the GB customs processing and right now it is the most busy period of the year for all postal services due BlackFriday, CyberMonday and pre-Chrismas resulting everywhere in backlogs. IF you choose the Standard shipping option instead the Economy one orders are delivered significantly faster. Anyway, best wishes from Bulgaria.
