The wool is not the normal quality for this item and sadly, was not the colour indicated in the advert. Was more of a yellowy moss green and not emerald as shown. Arrived promptly, well packaged.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The hole in your picture looks like bunching, which can happen while you are working with the yarn in any chenille yarn product. It could potentially get caught along another thread if you tug it hard. If not, I would recommend contacting James C Brett with the dye batch number so they are aware if there is a batch with flaws.
