Buyer admitted afterwards the mistake was on his end, and mistook me for a retail footwear company. Hence, my listing & sizing information was correct & accurate all along. We have since resolved the confusion & situation, but after the feedback had already been given. Sent Buyer a Revision Request for the negative feedback. Oddly, my request to eBay to remove inaccurate feedback was denied, as his comment "does not violate eBay policy"...even though it's completely false. Go figure...
