it seems sender has not paid the postage fees. The royal mail has collected 1.50 pound before it was delivered. It is very aukward.

Scam buyer. She received item and is trying to extort me out of money. Royalmail confirms this is not their policy. Buyer has been reported and permenantly banned.

Awful experience, product not as advertised. In the headline states that it is a WALLROCK brand but now tells me it is ERFURT brand - big difference. Accuses me of not doing my research, when product link was never posted in original description. Was rude and unapologetic, and adamant not to refund despite this being classic case of mis-selling. I don't care about the refund, just avoid this seller if you can, I should have clocked on and saw the red flag, when positive rating was only 89%.

This buyer is a scammer. He bought a tradesman item he purposefully didnt know anything about and tried to intimidate me into a refund to get a free item. He didnt know that wallrock is a product line by erfurt and thought they were different things. When he realised he was wrong he left negative feedback anyway to try smear the store. Clueless and with no honour at all. He has been banned and reported not just to ebay but also to his local police for online fraud and harassment.
