bit of a knock off of the traditional hand mincers. this machine kept blocking up, took over an hour to mince 2lb of pork shoulder, something that would have taken five minites with my grannies as a young boy. also the instructions are a bit vague, writing is in chinese. the stuffing attachment is quite good though, after a bit of trial and error the sausages look quite professional.
