It is a little slow when you start it up soon responds as it should the item is lightweight it is just what I need I only use it for the internet and my hobby of Digital Photos. The seller information he sent me was spot on it is a good item well worth what I paid for it there is enough outlets to plug in my mini hub DVD player and portable hard drive it is very robust not that I have dropped it . I have used HP products for years and this is the 1st lap top/note book I have bought it will not be the last. As long as you know what you can use it for and dont expect to do more than that you can not go wrong with this item.

I bought it as a refurbished laptop but it is in as new condition. Neat and compact and very light compared to my former laptop. Enough storage for my everyday use and it is a quicker startup than I have been used to. The screen is nice and clear but sound is not so good from speakers,a bit tinny! Overall I am very happy with laptop, just getting used to S mode windows 11
