The ring doorbell wasn’t brand new but was used and had some slight signs of previous usage. However this was purchased in the full knowledge of this prior to purchase. What I had discovered was that the ring doorbell’s video trial had already expired which was not mentioned prior to purchase and I had only discovered after I had purchased the doorbell. Apart from this it was quite easy to install following the instructions provided.

My ring is very easy to install and if you have a mains-powered bell at present you can use those wires to power your Ring. We bought the Chime as well so you can have if you want, the doorbell chiming, your old doorbell chiming, and your Chime chiming. You can turn off your doorbell if you wish. The video recordings are very sharp and if you want you can answer your doorbell from hundreds of miles away with the audio in/out feature. Poor to no motion detection
