Product came as described and was in excellent used condition. No issues so I didn’t have to contact the seller so I can’t speak to how they handle issues with orders. Packaging was excellent and even had a handwritten thank you note. Will definitely check out her other items. I wish shipping was faster for the price, but I’m spoiled by Prime!

Hi, I would like to say thank you for your order! I do ship on or next day of purchase.... I did with your item; paid 9th- shipped 10th--- Veteran's day held your package up. It was dropped off the 10th but with them closed on that day it must have delayed it from faster shipping. I am truly sorry I did try to get it there fast! :(
