If you want something with a bit of a bite and the fine flavour of jalapenos without destroying your taste buds, then this is for you. I find I am shaking it on more and more things, like salads, fish, vegetables, soups, sandwiches, etc. It gives a zing, to almost everything but without masking the original flavour. A really great sauce.
