    B vitamins suitable for people who react badly to folic acid supplementation.

    This is an excellent product for those of us who react badly to folic acid supplementation. Most B vitamin supplements contain folic acid but for some people this can cause a negative mental reaction eg depression, mental disturbance etc. This B complex only contains a tiny amount of folic acid which is great. A quality product.
