Returns Policy:
 
* Faulty goods must be returned in original packaging and original condition.
* Replacement (if available) will be given on our receipt within 30 days of sale.
* Credit or refund will be given if goods not available.
* It is customer's responsibility (after informing us by email and our subsequent agreement to return postage cost and method) to pay for and send the item back to us.
* If item is found to be faulty within 30 days of sale we will refund the return postage costs.

    Lightweight and efficient heater

    We already have one of these heaters so had no hesitation buying another when we needed to. They are light, easy to move and heat up quickly. We normally use them on the 1kw setting which is adequate for a 4m x 3m room. Our conservatory gets very cold so the 2kw setting is useful to warm it up quickly. The thermostat makes it easy to get it to the right temperature and then keep it there. We have not used the timer. The panel arrangement is really good - there is one on either side of the heater and you can select either for the 1kw setting or both for the 2kw setting. The only downside to these heaters is the unpleasant smell they give off for the first few days - the instructions do warn you about this as it is something to do with the manufacturing process - and this one took ...

    Dimplex Cadiz is a step up

    It's extremely lightweight and heats up quickly. I love the feature that you can turn on only one side if it's against a wall.

    Expensive, but meets my specific needs.

    I have seen mixed reviews about this product, but I needed a lightweight heater product capable of being easily moved to provide supplementary heat where it is needed. This Dimplex product has met my requirements and the dual control heating system offered together with the ease of good temperature control has satisfied my requirements. So far so good, and no reason not to expect a good time span of use from this product.

    Ok product but older model are better

    This is my 4th Dimlex radiator and the most expensive one. But I am the least happiest with this one. Its light weigh but large in terms of size. Heat up quick but also soon as u turn of its cool down the room too quick. If you leave the setting low, after 10minutes or so it affects the head and give a little headache. I need to buy the older model for my living room. What I like about this. Heats up quick, light weight. Delivery was quick from the supplier.
