The product was perfectly as described 5 stars. However was let down on delivery. So a Christmas present did not arrive until after Christmas. Although the package was declared as "delivered " on the 22nd Dec it actually wasn't, and was only actually delivered on the 27th Dec. When I asked why this was so, I was informed that it had been mis-sorted and gone to the wrong sorting office
