Arrived, but had to pay £3.50 to Royal Mail as the straps had been sent with insufficient postage.
Contacted seller and sent picture of proof of payment on envelope but had no reply.

First of all, i have raised the complaint with Royal mail as they should not have cahrged extra. This item is sent using the same value every time to all my customers. I have refunded the buyer £3.50. Secondly, the buyer reply 10am it is now 6pm. I reply to messaged within 24 hours. Please give me a chance to help you. i am here for help always.
