THE PROBLEM I HAD WAS THE THREE MOUNTING HOLES WERE NOT THREADED. I HAD TO BUY A 1/4 INCH TAPE AND THREAD THE THREE HOLES . AFTER I DID THIS I MOUNTED ITEM AND CHAIR WORKS OK.

I ordered and received a mint actuator motor that looked like new from the factory with all the pins and clips attached. The shipping was just as described and arrived on time without any damage.
