The product works pretty well, but , as it can not be purchased over the counter, but can only be purchased online, there can be shortage problems. If you are in the middle of a project it can be devastating if you are forced to wait 3 or 4 days for ink. I am now carrying three (replacement black cartridges to avid this kind of crisis. Warning to prospective purchasers of HP printers - check on which models use this model of cartridge BEFORE you purchase the printer. The printers and cartridges are good, the supply problems make them much less worth buying.
