Item arrived poorly packaged and was broken . That is totally unacceptable for a new item . The plastic looks very brittle for a step that supposedly should be able to take at person on top. It is completely unusable for me . I have contacted the seller twice with the idea to discuss possible solution but without any response back. The only reason I have order it from eBay was the colour there is plenty of choices on Amazon for the same price . So disappointed
