The backpack is not original, it does not come with the labels, the seams are not good and it arrived dirty, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER, I received a partial refund, but that does not change the fact that in its publication it says that it is original when it does not is. For an imitation even with partial refund it is still very expensive.

Give 4 stars because of the way the item was shipped. 5 stars for communication. Item was received completely crushed. Seller was quick to respond & there was not enough time to send a new one so selling offered a partial refund. I am waiting on refund & appreciate their understanding that the item is not usable. I hope they take better care when shipping to customers in the future. My grandson was so disappointed. We tried to fixd it but it was crushed to bad & would be scary for toddlers.
