My experience with this seller has been unpleasant. I have not received the item I purchased. The item was posted late but a tracked service was used. This shows that Royal Mail attempted delivery once. The seller asked me to visit my local depot. I did this and requested a redelivery. Still no item - it has almost certainly been lost by Royal Mail - so I have followed Ebay protocol to try and get a refund. Today I have had yet another rude, abusive and uncooperative message from this seller.

Very upset by purchasers DEMANDING INSISTENCE I refund her despite ebay telling her to claim from RM. I told her of delay because of severe weather Delivery attempted no response My responsibility ended here endorsed by ebay However I contacted RM 5 times arranged redelivery lodged a complaint on her behalf gave all info SUGGESTED she ask local PO for info on RM sorting depot as nothing more I could do But Im uncooperative? After more demands I refund her, I told her to stop contacting me
