The trimmer came in new condition and sealed as described, had one issue with receiving the wrong colour by mistake but the seller was very helpful and responsive in fixing the issue. Good overall from product to customer service.

We simply sent the wrong colour. We offered a refund straight away and as soon as you sent us a message. The product arrived on time, It was sealed in the box as described and our customer services have replied to you straight away. We have a policy that states if your not happy we will issue a full refund. We think its unfair to be given a negative as we havent had any oppurtinty to resolve this issue.
