The box the item came in was damaged. I checked over the valve and decided to fit it a connect it up. It leaked through the front of the valve. I contacted the seller who told me to get a Plumber. I am a Plumber. The valve has a faulty cartridge, it obviously has been a return. The seller is selling faulty goods. I want a refund so I can buy another valve. I can't return it as its connected to the wall, I'll need to get another so I can swop them.
