Made a mistake and checked out against the wrong payment method, almost immediately tried to cancel el order - REFUSED. Received delivery (instructions not followed), left outside. And adding insult to injury, one tub was split and lost significant contents. Could have been much worse had cardboard box got wet outside.

Poor packaging used - the heavy 5 packs of Finish came in loose fitting retail boxes which allowed the individual packs to rattle around in rough transit by Evri. Amazingly there are no seals on the packs, just a flip-top lid which came open in two cases. The boxes were simply placed in a loose and flimsy plastic bag that was torn open during courier's rough handling by the heavy boxes. Due to this two lids came open spilling Finish liquid everywhere. Not very clever packaging by this seller.
