Sold us headphones he knew were defective. Nowhere in the original listing did it state no returns. When we received the item it would not charge or turn on. Having a no return when we got it made us mad. The seller did concede to a return, but we still lost money in shipping in a bubble envelope, and time lost to pay an employee to run across town and ship it back! Overall it cost or company more than the item was worth!
