Initial information printed on reciept, was that toilet would be delivered Thurs/Fri 21st/22nd March - fortunately I had not informed pumber. I received telephone call on Thurs from supplier saying it would not be delivered until Tuesday 26th, and it was delivered that day. Poor communication to say the least. The toilet itself is very satisfactory but the seat it so narrow it is very uncomfortable - unfortunately not discovered until fitted and in use.
