Excellent service from seller item as described great value for money only 1 complaint not sellers fault was courier decided to leave item on vehicle and by stealth drop card through letterbox dogs didn't bark and representative was in for delivery so ended up travelling 100 mile round trip to Howden distribution centre as it was urgently needed

Annoyed initially as incorrect mower was put in the correct box. Tried using Whats App.to contact firm, but this did not work so I dialled the order line where there were options - I spoke to a lady who very efficiently dealt with the problem so I am awaiting the new mower in 4 days at which time the other will be returned.Service was supposed to be next day delivery, which did happen, but it was spoilt by someone repacking the mower in the wrong box.

Brilliant product, it’s brand new even though advertised as display product. The dispatch time was excellent by the seller however Yodel were useless and we had to go and pick up the package ourselves from Yodels main centre (Royal Mail are a much better ). Would definitely buy again from this seller.
