Solid release by Network of this classic UK TV comedy
Network brings us the third season of the classic ITV Comedy television series The Cuckoo Waltz. It was repeated in the UK in the mid 80's but hasn't been seen since. This release has all 6 episodes from the third season. There was going to be a fourth season but without Lewis Collins. The episodes were shown on TV from January 1977. This DVD has all episodes with a simple menu, no subtitles and no extra's. The picture quality is adequate and the sound is fine. It's good to have this third season on DVD after the release of seasons 1 and 2. A pity there are no extra's as not much has been published about the series that was rather successful in the '70s.
