Die Geräte wurden einzeln versendet und und nicht auf einer Palette, leider keine Zustellinformationen.Es gab ein Problem beim Versand, somit wurde nicht die gesamte Anlage geliefert. Nach einigen E-Mails, wobei der Verkäufer auf Deutsch schnell geantwortet hat, wurde das fehlende Multisplit Außengerät nachgeliefert. Alles wurde sehr gut verpackt geliefert und ist unbeschädigt.Ein Funktionstest steht noch aus. Mein Fazit: Netter Kontakt, guter Preis, Ware wie beschrieben. Gerne wieder!

Preisleistung Sehr gut, günstiger wie bei unseren Deutschen Kälteklimagroßhändler, trotz Rabatte und Aktionspaketen.
Versand: per TNT als Packet, dieses betrachte ich als kritisch da ich das Innenleben dieser Geräte bestens kenne, Pakete werden hin und her geworfen....bei 50€ Versand besser eine halbe Einwegpalette.
Kommunikation: Ich habe das bekommen was ich bestellt habe, top, die Reaktion beim Kauf war da, nach dem Kauf keine mehr, eine Reklamation bei einem Defekt wird Interessant.
