The delivery of the item was great. Customer sent it off right away. No problem there. Received the item. Item does not work. According to App Store, the app the unit requires to work is not available in the USA. So with that, I can not use the item. Sent the item back over a month ago and still have not received my refund. Customer tells me to send tracking number when there is a pic of the form I filled out and the receipt that paid for the item to be returned. Both have tracking numbers on it
