Although very well packed item arrived cracked. Seller refunded half purchase price within minutes of advising them with a photo as evidence. Very satisfied with their response and remedial action. I don’t think the damage resulted from how the item was packed which appeared more than adequate. No blame on seller in my mind. Think it was more of a transit issue.
Despite the damage I would recommend this seller because of their quick resolution of the problem.
