Item arrived with critical part missing and was damaged (expected to have been done by courier however packaging could have been better). Seller refused to take any responsibility and told me to speak to ebay to resolve. Communication received was unnecessarily rude. Eventually got a refund after eBay stepped in to authorise a return.
