Item arrived with critical part missing and was damaged (expected to have been done by courier however packaging could have been better). Seller refused to take any responsibility and told me to speak to ebay to resolve. Communication received was unnecessarily rude. Eventually got a refund after eBay stepped in to authorise a return.

That's his side. Mine is that it was sent securely packed, as are all my items...and of course, like my other 3000 positive sales, nothing was missing. Buyers, please, if you change your mind about a sale....just say so.
