Very questionable attitude towards customers. This seller sent me an electrical item with a burnt power cord rendering it unusable & potentially dangerous (and clearly stated in the instruction book DO NOT USE. Additionally eBay do not allow ‘Products that don't comply with product safety laws’). eBay also removed the feedback left for me by this seller as it contravened eBay rules. The seller is now sending threatening letters via Royal Mail … this will be reported to eBay today. ⛔️
