Returning Goods

Goods Damaged On Arrival
If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged, or refuse to accept the delivery. Please contact us within 48 hours with details of the damage. This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our courier.
Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse, then we will then send a replace order.
It is your responsibility to return the goods to us in a safe and secure manner and at your cost.

    Bit disappointed

    I got a CiT pyro case for my high end gaming pc and build quality was very good, So when I brought a CiT flash case to build the kids mid range gaming pc I was expecting the same standard. But it’s wasn’t really, even though I payed more for the flash case it just seemed a lot cheaper, the back panel for cable management wasn’t very good either.. But I finished it and for the kids it’s fine looks great and it works so I’m happy with it that’s why I gave 4 stars. If it was for my high end pc I wouldn’t have been happy, So for mid range gaming pc it’s ok, Anything more than that get something else thats bigger, I mean the pyro is pretty compact but the flash is just too small.

    Great case overall

    but for an ATX Motherboard (msi b350 tomahawk) becomes a challenge to add all fans and ssd drives due to space/size, you will need to be very creative to make it possible. After that all looks great and stylish.
