The item arrived about a week late. It was advertised as a Fitbit charge 3. It had all the specifications and photos of the charge three. When it arrived it was a non branded fitness tracker in an already damaged and opened box… the strap of which does not fit the watch and no charger included. When I contacted the seller he said the item was clearly advertised as something else and included a bogus photo. He has ignored all further communications, despite me offering the chance to rectiy. SCAM
