In future if this seller has another Elgato video game recording equipment for sale does the seller mind having the package actually come with the right USB cable to hook up to the Elgato hD60S and the laptop? I had to buy the accurate USB cable because the seller never even bothered to do their research and make sure the seller in question had the right USB cable before listing the item in question on ebay. Next time don't expect £74.99 for an incomplete excuse for a recording equipment.

AS MICROSOFT IS SUCH A MONEY GRABBING COMPANY IT DOES NOT MAKE IT PRODUCTS TO INTERACT WITH THE PROGRAMS IT PRODUCES SO CONSEQUENTLY THIS ITEM DOES NOT WORK WITH WINDOWS 10 AND AS SUCH IS USELESS. No good for Windows 10, works well on windows 7
No good for Windows 10, works well on Windows 7. So much for compatibility mode in Windows 10, luckily I have a Windows 7 machine it worked effortlessly in Windows 7. Regardless of what Microsoft say and the other 3 fixes I tried for this webcam it doesn't work in Windows 10 for me. However other people have managed to get it to work so I do believe it is something to do with the build number of your machine.No good for Windows 10, works well on Windows 7. So much for compatibility mode in Windows 10, luckily I have a Windows 7 machine it worked effortlessly in Windows 7.
