I don't want to give the Seller a Neutral or bad review. The item arrived promptly but the box was battered and bent and looked like someone had put sellotape over the opening. The Volume lift tool was also missing from it. I photoed the evidence and sent it to the seller with and email , but didn't get a reply. I was disappointed, but the item was for my daughter and she was happy with it; she just wanted the dryer and the ion brush, hence the +ve feedback..

This is really well made, good quality and value for money. bought for my 20 month old grandson for Christmas who loves helping mummy and nanna with the house work, his Henry Hoover is his favourite toy so he will be very happy with this. Quick delivery as well. Will definitely be recommending to friends.
