    Parts come with 30 days warranty. We recommend that you send back your return using a tracked shipping service. The item must be returned with full packaging to prevent any damage during the shipping. Please note that if any inquiries are made after this period, we won t be able to provide you with a refund or swap.
    This guarantee covers parts only. It does not cover any labour or garage charges or any fault arising from the fitting of our part.
     
    In the event that the item(s) don’t match the description or its faulty Motex Spares must be notified as soon as possible, If a replacement is not available then a full refund will be offered. Then simply return the item(s) in its original condition.
     
    All parts are marked with stamps, removal of the marks will invalidate your chance of return.
     
    Please inspect all goods before signing to ensure the item has not been damaged in transit. If the courier refuses simply write DAMAGED and then sign.
     
    If the item(s) supplied correctly but the customer had made an error, Motex Spares must be contacted immediately and then the item(s) must be returned to us in its original condition within 14 days at the cost of the customer.
    Delivery will not be refunded and a 20% fee will then be charged.
